JD - Management Trainee (Production) -Male
*To organize and participate the morning meeting at plant
During the morning meeting, ensure all employees are wearing safety shoes, goggles, helmet etc.
Ensure the plant is neat and all tools and machines are arranged as per standard
To assess the status of work (Scheduled Vs Actual) as per the stages and report regarding variation in the work
Thoroughly check the plan for the next day and report of the day. The plan must be aligned to the monthly production plan
To coordinate with store for material arrangement against each work order.
To suggest and implement innovative ideas for improvement
To motivate and encourage workers for maximum output.
To take corrective actions for product complaints in all stages.
To ensure the safety measures are done in order to meet safety standards
To report any accidents to HR Department
Qualification: B.Tech(Mechanical)
Experience: Min 0-1 year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
