Management Trainee (Marketing) - Male

We are currently hiring for the position of Management Trainee – Marketing and are looking for fresh MBA graduates who are enthusiastic about building a career in the solar energy sector.

MALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED

Job Description:

- Identify and approach potential clients for solar product sales

- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals

- Promote solar solutions to both residential and commercial customers

- Explain product benefits, prepare and present proposals

- Follow up on inquiries and close deals effectively

- Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project execution

- Maintain customer relationships and support after-sales service

Requirements:

- MBA (preferably with a Marketing/Sales background)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for sales and renewable energy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
