Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee for Campaign Management role || Hyderabad location

Campaign Managers execute end-to-end campaign operations across clients advertising platforms with precision and customer focus. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign launches while maintaining high quality standards and driving innovation in campaign execution.

Responsibilities

Campaign Operations & Execution

• Drive execution of complex advertising campaigns across clients properties through cross-functional partnership (Design, Campaign & Creative Management, Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Ad Policy)
• Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including advertiser education, Insertion Order processing, hands-on-keyboard campaign set-up, trafficking, and troubleshooting
• Ensure lead time compliance and timely stakeholder updates

Creative & Asset Management

• Oversee 1P and 3P creative assets and pixel trafficking
• Facilitate design process with client-built creative
• Ensure functionality through thorough testing and compliance

Quality Assurance & Technical Support

• Execute comprehensive campaign audits and quality assurance processes
• Conduct go-live workflows, screenshot verification, and user experience validation
• Manage troubleshooting of technical issues throughout campaign lifecycle

Billing & Process Improvement

• Manage full billing and reconciliation process for advertising campaigns
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients
• Maintain compliance with information security protocols and client advertising policies
• May manage designated client relationships and provide strategic support
• Identify process/product gaps to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience & Skillset

• 2+ years relevant experience in digital media, advertising, ad tech, and/or account management in client-facing role(s)

• Experience with programmatic advertising platforms, campaign optimization, and data-driven audience targeting across digital channels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in campaign execution (e.g. trafficking, campaign setup) and troubleshooting
• Experience with digital advertising technologies, including knowledge of ad specifications, file formats, and technical implementation
• Proficiency with advertising platforms and creative tools, including MS Office, HTML5, Rich Media, Salesforce, DSP and related technologies
