Furthermore, knowledge of emerging trends in employee benefits and compensation is essential. In another opportunity, you can explore the position of a Workday Reporting Lead. The ideal candidate for this role should have over 8 years of experience in reporting, dashboard development, and implementation projects. As a Reporting Lead, you will lead and manage reporting projects, design and develop reports, review and optimize existing reports, and play a key role in the implementation of reporting solutions for projects. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be crucial in this role. Additionally, experience with Prism or similar tools will be advantageous. To qualify for this position, you must have at least 8+ years of experience in reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence.
