Job Description

As a Managed Service Operations Analyst Senior at FIS, you will be working in a fast-paced environment within the Loan syndication and operations team, where your primary focus will be on providing world-class services and swift problem resolutions to clients. Your role will involve collaborating closely with account managers and relationship managers to ensure high service quality and meet deadlines effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your significant operational knowledge of the CDO/CLO market and its reporting requirements to act as a Subject Matter Expert in compliance reporting and perform critical functions related to monthly reporting. - Research and take appropriate actions on open items by liaising with clients, external resources, and internal teams within provided deadlines. - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing functions with minimal risk exposure. - Oversee daily transaction and reporting activities of assigned outsourcing relationships and support personnel at client institutions in day-to-day routines and financial processing. - Assist in developing procedures to guarantee quality service levels, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in daily servicing activities. - Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operations and establish operational objectives, work plans, and assignment delegation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. - 7 to 14 years of relevant industry experience with a deep understanding of CLO compliance structure and terminology used in credit agreements. - Working knowledge of cash reconciliations, compliance testing, data analysis, and reporting. - Excellent interpersonal skills for client servicing and building high levels of customer satisfaction. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and global counterparts. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with VBA Macro skills considered an added advantage. - Flexibility to support business in extended hours and ability to discuss concerns and issues with other support teams.
