As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal software usage for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Visiting client sites to offer guidance on software utilization - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing necessary support - Conducting training sessions for new staff to enhance their technical skills - Gathering feedback from clients to enhance software performance - Developing and conducting user trainings to maximize product efficiency - Creating and reviewing user documentation while offering ongoing technical support - Monitoring software performance to guarantee optimal usage - Collaborating with developers to address any software-related issues To excel in this role, you should possess: - A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (BE, BCA) - Proficiency in IIS, Client/Server deployment, troubleshooting connectivity issues, crystal reports, and patch updates - Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, VB.NET, and web architecture (SQL - MSSQL, MYSQL) - Previous experience as an Operations Executive or in a similar capacity - Familiarity with software development and usage - Strong operational and technical skills - Exceptional communication, documentation, reporting, and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting, with the flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment - Demonstrated history of client satisfaction - Effective organizational and multitasking capabilities - Comfort in collaborating with various business units This is a full-time position with benefits like Provident Fund.
