As a Field Service / Project Engineer with us, you will play a crucial role in managing tasks related to equipment supply, installation, and startup for sulphuric acid plants. Your responsibilities will involve handling small projects independently and supporting larger projects throughout the entire process, from proposal to customer acceptance. Key tasks include conducting installation checks on equipment, troubleshooting coolers, collaborating with international offices to establish technical specifications, managing vendors, providing manufacturing support, developing competitive costing solutions, and supporting the sales team in proposal development. To excel in this role, we are seeking a candidate with a master's degree in engineering sciences and 5-10 years of experience as a project engineer or manager in the process or metallurgical industry. Additionally, you should have 5-10 years of experience in stainless equipment fabrication both in the field and workshop, possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and have knowledge of PLC & HMI programs. An analytical approach to problem-solving, willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, and a meticulous work ethic are essential attributes for this position.
