As a System Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. This includes maintaining and securing servers, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technology-related support to our team. You will play a crucial role in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and systems. Monitoring system performance, ensuring data security, and resolving hardware/software issues will also be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, managing backups, disaster recovery processes, and providing technical support to employees will be essential. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Previous experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role is highly preferred. Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, basic networking, system security, and data protection is necessary. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are key attributes that we are looking for in potential candidates. Freshers with solid technical skills are encouraged to apply as well.
