Mall Manager - Sales

You will be working as a Sales Assistant Manager at a mall in Coimbatore with a salary ranging from 4 to 5 LPA. Your primary role will involve making an inventory and rate card for all open spaces in the mall such as kiosks, signages, and vertical spaces. You will also be responsible for conducting competitive analysis for the city on rates, potential, and identifying agencies or leads to generate additional income. Your key responsibilities will include: - Selling open spaces in the mall including kiosks - Selling hoardings, signages, and vertical spaces - Selling promotional marketing spaces for weekend activities and setting targets and rates per day - Creating innovative spaces like LEDs and promotional activities to boost income - Establishing barter income for marketing on spaces exchange for utilization in mall marketing efforts To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred) - Experience: Minimum 4 years of sales experience, with at least 1.6 years in a supervisory or team lead role Your success in this role will depend on your strong verbal and written communication skills, proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, team management capabilities, mentoring skills, and ability to analyze market trends to generate actionable insights.
