The role requires overseeing a team of 5 Team Leads and 50 Sales Associates focused on onboarding privileged promoters and shopkeepers who will directly associate with MalgoTech Solutions Pvt Ltd. The privileged promoters will drive customer acquisition by referring subscribers to our services, earning direct referral bonuses of ₹250 per subscription. Additionally, they will benefit from level-wise referral bonuses as their referrals bring in more subscribers, creating a multi-level referral incentive structure. Sales Associates will be responsible for recruiting shopkeepers and privileged promoters on the ground. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in managing large, target-driven teams, and excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of 5 Team Leads and 50 Field Sales Associates across Tamil Nadu and Bangalore. Drive the onboarding of privileged promoters and shopkeepers in the field to expand the subscription base. Implement and oversee the referral program where privileged promoters earn direct and multi-level referral bonuses. Set, track, and achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets. Train, coach, and motivate Team Leads and Sales Associates to build a high-performance sales force. Conduct regular performance reviews and team development sessions. Coordinate closely with senior management on strategy, reporting, and field insights. Travel frequently across Tamil Nadu (if remote) and within Bangalore to support and monitor field operations. Ensure excellent customer engagement and satisfaction standards are maintained. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales and managing large teams. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written). Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a performance-driven environment. Experience with training, motivating, and managing sales teams in field operations.
