Male Nursing Supervisor (Home Care)

Qualification Required

1. B.Sc Nursing with valid Registration

2. GNM with valid Registration

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage home care nurses and caregivers.
• Conduct regular home visits to assess patient needs and quality of care.
• Prepare care plans in coordination with doctors and the clinical team.
• Monitor vital signs, medication administration, and nursing procedures.
• Train and guide nursing staff on protocols and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and clinical standards.
• Address patient/family concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate duty schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
• Assist in onboarding new nursing staff when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
