Job Description

As a skilled candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for utilizing your ability to create sketches by hand and showcasing excellent design and conceptual skills. Your exceptional sense of style and color will be key in your role, along with your outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You will excel in meeting multiple deadlines and managing the design process from conception through to final styling. Market research will be a crucial part of your responsibilities as you identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques to seek design inspiration. Collaboration with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to the line, and develop new concepts will be essential. Furthermore, ensuring that the product aligns with the business strategy, selecting fabrics and trims, and creating production sketches for development packages will be part of your routine. You will work closely with the technical designer to guarantee the accuracy of development packages and review products for style and fit during presentations. This is a full-time job with a flexible schedule on a day shift basis. The work location is in person, and the application deadline is 16/05/2025.,
