We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer, Video Editor, and Content Writer to become a part of our hospital's marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing engaging content that showcases our services, patient success stories, staff accomplishments, health awareness initiatives, and more. Your primary responsibilities will encompass capturing and editing video content, along with crafting written materials for various platforms such as social media, website blogs, brochures, and internal communications. In terms of Videography & Video Editing, you will be expected to shoot high-quality videos within the hospital premises, including doctors, patients (with consent), different departments, and events. Editing these videos for social media, YouTube, the website, and advertising campaigns will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, creating short reels, testimonials, and explainer videos while maintaining high production standards in terms of lighting, audio, and visuals will be crucial. Proper management and organization of video footage will also fall under your purview. Regarding Content Writing, tasks will involve writing blogs, captions, website content, brochures, and email campaigns. Developing content related to health awareness, disease prevention, and treatments offered, among other topics, will be essential. Ensuring that all written material is accurate, easily comprehensible, and in alignment with the hospital's branding will also be a key responsibility. Collaboration with doctors and medical staff to verify the correctness of information will be necessary. Qualifications for this role include proven experience in videography, video editing, and content writing, with a portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is required. Strong writing skills in English and Malayalam are essential, while a basic understanding of health/medical terminology is preferred (training can be provided). The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, especially with doctors and marketing personnel, is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Media, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is also necessary. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule consists of day shifts and morning shifts, with the work location being in person.,
