As a Client Engagement Associate in our immigration services firm, you will play a key role in engaging with potential clients and providing them with the necessary guidance and support. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries from clients through various channels, such as phone, email, or in-person consultations. By identifying the specific needs of each client, you will offer appropriate immigration services tailored to their requirements, such as Permanent Residency (PR), study visas, or work permits. In addition to client engagement, you will be responsible for managing a database of potential and existing clients, conducting follow-ups to convert leads into sales, and meeting or exceeding individual sales targets. Your role will also involve explaining immigration programs, processes, and eligibility criteria clearly to clients, as well as assisting them in completing the required documentation for immigration applications. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with senior consultants, case managers, and other team members to ensure client satisfaction. Participation in training sessions to stay updated on immigration laws and services is essential to provide the best possible support to clients. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a preference for proficiency in Malayalam languages. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines are also crucial qualifications for this role.,
