We are looking for a skilled Malayalam Audio Transcriptionist to accurately transcribe audio recordings into written text. Your role will involve reviewing and editing transcripts for quality assurance, interpreting language nuances, and utilizing transcription software to streamline the process. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in Malayalam, excellent attention to detail, and prior experience in transcription or a related field. Requirements: - Proficiency in Malayalam (spoken and written) with excellent grammar and listening skills. - Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to identify inconsistencies or errors in transcriptions. - Fast and accurate typing skills to meet transcription demands. - Familiarity with transcription software, audio editing tools, and text formatting guidelines. - Ability to work with various types of content (e.g., interviews, speeches, calls) and adapt to different accents and audio qualities. - Prior experience in transcription or a similar role is preferred. Job Responsibilities: - Listen to audio recordings in Malayalam and transcribe the spoken content accurately into written text. - Ensure that the transcription follows grammar, punctuation, and formatting guidelines. - Review and edit transcripts for accuracy, clarity, and completeness. - Cross-check and verify the transcription against the audio for any missing or incorrect details. - Interpret nuances in tone, context, and cultural references to ensure the transcription reflects the intended meaning accurately. - Handle content in different dialects or regional variations of the language, if applicable. - Utilize transcription software and tools effectively to streamline the process and ensure efficiency. - Provide feedback on transcription tools and suggest improvements as needed.
