Document applicant responses accurately using underwriting software or templates, assess medical disclosures such as previous illnesses, ongoing treatments, surgeries, or medication usage, and ensure timely completion of assigned cases while meeting daily productivity and quality benchmarks. Additionally, identify and escalate high-risk cases or incomplete data to senior underwriters or medical officers for further review. While shortlisting candidates, please ensure they have strong medical knowledge and good communication skills. Also check their basic computer skills and ability to learn the software after training.
