DataMundi is currently seeking AI-Language Trainers to assist in refining an AI bot's accent and fluency in Malay. In this role, you will engage in real-time interaction with the model, assess its responses, and adjust its pronunciation and grammar, akin to guiding someone in learning a new language. We are looking for L2 Trainers (6 per language) to educate and coach the AI model, as well as L3 Auditors (2 per language) to oversee quality control and ensure precision. Ideal candidates must be native speakers, having been born, raised, and currently residing in the respective country, and must be willing to sign the necessary paperwork. A solid grasp of grammar and pronunciation is essential, along with prior experience in language training, linguistics, AI training, or related fields being advantageous. The ability to provide immediate feedback and refine responses until they are flawless is crucial, as is proficiency in English to comprehend task instructions and provide justifications. The project is set to commence shortly, with an expected workload of 70-80 hours per person, and a turnaround time of 2 weeks post task assignment. Hourly rates for L2 Trainers range from $20 to $22, while L3 Auditors can earn between $25 and $28 per hour. It is imperative for all participants to complete and sign the requisite paperwork provided by the task provider prior to project initiation. The project is slated to commence as early as next week, therefore prompt completion of the documents upon receipt is greatly appreciated.
