Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously. Provide personalized services and ensure guest preferences are recorded and respected. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally. Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special guest requests. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met. Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience. Maintain accurate guest records and communication logs. Follow up on guest feedback and ensure all issues are resolved or escalated. Ensure VIP guests receive special attention and amenities. Monitor and respond to online reviews and guest satisfaction surveys (if required). Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles (Front Desk or similar preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Professional appearance and attitude. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Familiarity with hotel property management systems (Hotsoft or WIN HMS ) is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
