As a candidate for the position at our Mumbai office, you will be joining us at a time of growth, reporting to the Senior Management team consisting of Sneha, Anjali, and Varun. Regular communication and meetings with the team will be essential for success in this role. Your immediate focus will be on establishing systems for office administration and basic HR functions. This includes setting up induction processes for new joiners, managing office facilities, overseeing office maintenance staff, welcoming guests, and handling travel bookings and personal follow-up requirements from shareholders. Within the first 30 days, you will also be involved in office event coordination, guest management, guesthouse oversight, logistics management, and call management. Over the next 90 days, your responsibilities will expand to include office events coordination, guesthouse management, and logistics management. In the first 6 months, your objectives will involve scaling reporting to include predictive analytics, monitoring team KRAs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling office disputes. Ultimately, the key deliverable we aim to achieve within a year is effective office management and HR/Admin responsibilities. Your success will be measured by maintaining the office budget and demonstrating proficiency in managing the Mumbai office team, including the office boy/lady, cleaner, and guesthouse. Key skills required for this role include proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, experience in managing blue-collar workers, preparing reports, handling compliance requirements, strong communication skills, basic HR/Admin experience, and IT proficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, accountable, transparent, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
