Job Title: Facilitator Company: Museum of Solutions (MuSo) Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience: 2 5 years About the Role Museum of Solutions (MuSo) is a one-of-a-kind experiential museum for children that sparks imagination, innovation, and problem-solving through interactive programs. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and compassionate Facilitator to lead engaging learning experiences for children. If you enjoy working with young minds, thrive in energetic environments, and can translate ideas into meaningful, hands-on activities, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Facilitate engaging, interactive sessions with children (ages 11–13) in educational and creative formats. Guide children through structured problem-solving approaches such as design thinking . Design and deliver learning materials, activities, and experiences aligned with program goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to co-create curriculum, workshops, and program plans. Document children’s work and insights through reports, stories, and visual formats. Prepare presentations and learning outputs for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain an inclusive, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment. Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience working with children in educational or creative environments . Classroom or facilitation experience. Strong communication skills — able to energize a group and connect meaningfully with children. Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, the design thinking methodology . Creative mindset with skills in storytelling, design, visual arts, or maker-based learning . Proficiency in using Google Slides, Canva, or PowerPoint . Ability to contribute to collaborative report writing and documentation . A strong team player who values co-creation, feedback, and continuous learning. Experience in design education or creative facilitation is preferred. Background in product design, communication design, or education is an added advantage.
