Make up Artist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Makeup Artist who is proficient in saree draping and hair styling to join our professional beauty team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for enhancing natural beauty, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. The role involves providing complete makeover services including makeup, traditional saree draping, and customized hairstyles for clients on various occasions such as weddings, parties, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional makeup services tailored to client needs (bridal, party, fashion, etc.)
• Expertly drape sarees in various traditional and contemporary styles
• Perform hair styling services including updos, curls, straightening, braiding, and bridal hairstyles
• Analyze client’s skin type, facial features, and hair texture to recommend suitable looks
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation of makeup tools, brushes, and workspace
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques
• Assist in retailing beauty products and providing usage guidance
• Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in professional makeup, saree draping, and hair styling
• Certification or diploma in Makeup Artistry or Cosmetology is preferred
• Strong knowledge of products, techniques, and skin/hair safety protocols
• Good communication and client service skills
• Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak seasons

Preferred Skills:

• Bridal Makeup & Styling Experience
• Regional saree draping techniques (Bengali, Marathi, South Indian, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,513.91 - ₹35,231.42 per month
