Preferred candidate profile Experience Some initial experience in customer support or another service-oriented role Hard Skills Advanced knowledge of the German and English languages (B2-C1) Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems A structured and independent approach to work Soft Skills You bring calm confidence, kindness, and a clear focus on solutions especially when things get dynamic You're a great listener and understand what people really need You take initiative whenever you see room for improvement
