Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Engineer, primarily located in Jodhpur with the provision for some remote work. The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing solar power projects. Day-to-day tasks include PV system design, electrical design, collaborating with project managers on solar ground projects, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. Qualifications Experience in the Solar Industry and working with Solar Power systems, Rooftop or Ground Experience Proficiency in PV Design and Electrical Design Strong understanding of Solar Systems and their components Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Prior experience in project management is a plus Strong communication and coordination skills
