Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience using CRM tools to manage buyer pipeline. Export Documentation & Compliance Export Documentation: Preparation of Proforma Invoices, Sales Contracts, LC Documents, Bill of Lading, Packing List, etc. Knowledge of INCOTERMS and trade regulations. Export Incentives: Understanding of RoDTEP, MEIS, Duty Drawback, etc. Coordination with CHA / Freight Forwarders. Textile Product Knowledge Fleece Fabric Knowledge: Familiarity with fleece types (anti-pilling, brushed, recycled). Sampling Coordination: Ability to interpret tech packs and guide sampling teams. Production & Logistics Coordination Order Management: Handling orders from development to dispatch. Cross-functional Coordination: Liaising with production, QC, and logistics for timely execution. Technology Skills ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Tally ERP, etc.) MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint for reporting & documentation). Export Portals usage (DGFT, ICEGATE, etc.) Communication & Interpersonal Skills Written & Verbal Communication: Especially with foreign clients.
