Role & responsibilities 1. On-Site Team Coordination Supervise fitting teams to ensure efficient and high-quality installation work on project sites. 2. Quotation Preparation Prepare project quotations based on site measurements, design changes, and client requirements. Coordinate with the sales team or project manager for approvals and finalization. 3. Issue Resolution & Decision Making Address on-site challenges promptly to maintain workflow and meet project timelines. 4. Technical Drawings and Site Understanding Read and interpret floor plans and architectural drawings to identify furniture layout and requirements. Suggest site-based modifications to layouts or measurements using AUTOCAD. 5. Factory Coordination Collaborate with the factory production supervisor for timely material delivery and production alignment. 6. Project Requirement Communication Communicate updates or changes in site needs to the factory for seamless execution. 7. Support to Project Manager Assist in managing multiple project sites by providing direct on-site coordination and feedback. 8. Progress Reporting Keep the Project Manager informed about ongoing site activities, challenges, and resource needs. 1. Team Guidance & Resource Management Ensure fitting teams have proper tools, instructions, and support for successful project completion. Preferred candidate profile 1. Flexibility and willingness to travel between project sites and the factory as needed. 2. Should have Own Vehicle to travel. 3. Knowledge of Basic English 4. Hands on Experience in AUTOCAD, Ms Word and Ms Excel 5. Graduate degree at least 6. Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role within furniture or manufacturing industry. Young and Dynamic (Preferred Age : 25 - 40 years)
