Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets by visiting clients in assigned territories. The role involves traveling, meeting potential customers face-to-face, and promoting products/services effectively. Key Responsibilities: Visit prospective clients in assigned areas to promote and sell products/services. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Keep records of sales, collections, and customer feedback. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM regularly. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Coordinate with the sales team and management for achieving company goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in direct sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
