Plant Maintenance, Capacity Planning. - Should have good written and oral communication skills. - Must be a good team player. - 8+ years of experience in Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) with expertise in SAP ECC PPDS/APO, Shelf Life Planning, Safety Stock Planning, MRP Live functions, Sales and Operational Planning, Contract Manufacturing business processes. - Strong knowledge in setting up various planning processes and integration with other planning solutions like IBP, APO & third-party planning solutions. - Experience with Shop Floor control, MRP, VC routing, POs/STOs set-up, Batch Management & Handling Unit Management, and Quality Management. - Experience in requirements gathering, User Story creation and grooming, system configuration, testing, cutover, Minor and Major Enhancements, and operations. Preferred Skills: - SAP Certification on PM Module. - Work Clearance Management/Permits, Asset Intelligence Network. - Experience in integration with other modules like MM, WM, QM, and FICO. - Experience in any ticket management tool and support relevant work environment. - Good communication skills in English. - Strong understanding of integration with other modules like MM, WM, QM, FICO.,

Authoring transformation workbooks with commands, schedule tasks, automation chains, scripts, forms. Developing embedded algorithms and workflows. Authoring or enhancing scorecards and dashboards. Enhancing business planning logic in RapidResponse environment. Closed Loop development. Exposure to Control Set configurations, Planning Calendars, and PDR customizations. Enhancing existing workbooks as per business needs and performing associated regression testing. Create/Draft functional specification, technical specification documents, testing scenarios associated to it. Perform technical execution of solutions including requirements gathering, blueprinting. Job Requirements: 4+ years of working knowledge in implementation of different Kinaxis RapidResponse modules. Knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse scripting, forms and webservices, including macros, embedded algorithms, and workflows. Foundational knowledge of RapidResponse Data Governance, Data model, and scenarios architecture. Experience in integration of Kinaxis with other Source ERP systems, data warehouses, for inbound and outbound interfaces. In depth understanding of end-to-end integrated supply chain planning processes in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP, Production Scheduling, Capacity Planning, etc. Able to identify gaps in existing processes, design and develop the solution, configure the system. Build automation of processes in vendor collaboration, forecasting, demand & supply planning etc. Will be working closely with Business users, IT partners, global business leaders, to evaluate problem statement, analyze, build solution. Conduct workshops to understand business process requirements and propose the best possible solutions. Configure system, design resources like workbooks, alerts, metrics, dashboards, scorecards, forms, and scripts, etc. Design and develop technical and functional specifications. Preferred candidate profile Should be Kinaxis Author Level 3 or Solution Consultant Level 3 certified, Level 2 in Admin and at least 3 solution certifications in RapidResponse.
