Rude staff , worst service, zero experience and rooms not cleaned(very bad) , Bell not working , doorlock issue ,washroom not cleaned!! Slightly smelly rooms .... afterall not a good option to stay thr :)

I really appreciate the hotel staff and helpers. I was a wonderful experience. Rooms were very clean and hygienic. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. I and my husband went Jaipur for our First Aniversary and it was a wonderful experience.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, really enjoyed food at the restaurant and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jaipur.

Different as shown in pics , staff doesn’t have guts to talk , very unclean rooms and bathrooms, bad service . At last worst experience.. I personally don’t like that ..not worth-it !! :))

Good hotel with decent rooms. Parking can be an issue here for big gathering. Banquet hall is at 3rd floor and can accomodate 100 people at a time. Rooftop dining area is quite good.

Room provided was too small and couldnt move around freely, congested mainly because of furnitures.Bathroom also not maintained well.Water leakage in AC and floor was wet all the time.After complaining provided another room and it was good.Staff response was good.Only Vegetarian food avaialble.
