Pathetic Service, particularly - the front office team. Everything has been in a pathetic state , since we checked in 2 days back - asked for a twin bed, but denied despite rooms being empty. Wifi is not functional, hardly any amenities. Better to stay in any budget hotel with some courteous staff.
