Our stay was very disappointing. The hotel staff was unprofessional and failed to inform us of their checkout policy. At the end, they charged extra amount for just a couple of hours overstay as an extra day payment. The bus service was also terrible — they left us stranded in central Delhi. Would never stay here again.
