Job Title: Factory Admin / Supervisor Location: Maiyuri Bricks Factory Reporting To: Business Owner / Factory Manager Role Summary: The Factory Admin / Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations, oversee production and workforce coordination, ensure timely and accurate updates in Odoo ERP, and serve as the primary contact for customers visiting the factory. This role focuses entirely on operations, administration, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Operations Oversight Supervise daily production schedules and ensure on-time output. Monitor raw material usage, stock levels, and ensure inventory accuracy. Coordinate labor allocation and resolve any on-site operational issues. Monitor Quality Administrative & System Tasks Update production, stock, and delivery details in Odoo ERP daily. Ensure all factory-related accounting entries and inward/outward records are maintained accurately. Prepare basic reports on production, workforce attendance, and raw material consumption. Workforce Coordination Monitor attendance, break times, and work discipline. Act as the bridge between workers and management for routine communication. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with basic operational guidelines. Customer Handling (On-site only) Greet and assist walk-in customers at the factory with professionalism. Share product details, factory samples, and provide price lists (without negotiation). Coordinate with the sales team for any sales-specific follow-ups or bulk inquiries. Required Skills: Experience in factory or production floor management. Basic knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo ) or readiness to learn. Fluent in Tamil ; working knowledge of basic English preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions independently. Ideal Profile: Prior experience as a supervisor or factory admin. Trustworthy, punctual, and hands-on in managing people and systems. Comfortable using mobile apps for reporting, attendance, or system updates. Not involved in active sales, marketing, or field visits.
