With its India launch underway, Éclat is building a selective retail presence across the country — partnering with premium optical boutiques and concept stores to bring an elevated eyewear experience to discerning consumers. We are now seeking a Retail Growth & Partnerships Lead — our first sales hire in India — to help with our retail expansion, build lasting partnerships, and eventually grow and lead a sales team. The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to build a market from the ground up for one of the most exciting luxury eyewear brands entering India. You’ll take full ownership of developing retail partnerships, driving sales growth, and shaping the brand’s retail presence across India. If you’re entrepreneurial, passionate about luxury and design, and thrive on creating opportunities — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities 1. Retail Partnerships & Sales Growth Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with optical retail stores, boutiques, and distributors across India. Drive sell-through performance by ensuring product availability, replenishment, and in-store visibility. Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and brand teams. Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and allocation. 2. Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Develop trade decks, product guides, and lookbooks to empower B2B partners. Oversee POSM and display assets (mirrors, trays, stands, logo plaques, etc.) and ensure they reflect Maison Éclat’s luxury aesthetic. Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines for new collections. Conduct store visits and audits to maintain brand consistency and presentation quality. 3. Launches, Campaigns & Retail Activation Support retail rollout of new launches, collaborations, and limited editions. Ensure seamless alignment between in-store visuals and digital campaigns . Plan and execute retail activations, pop-ups, and window displays in collaboration with the marketing team. 4. Strategy, Growth & Team Development Contribute to defining and executing the national retail expansion strategy . Analyze partner performance, collect insights, and identify new growth opportunities. As the brand scales, build and lead a small team to support sales and retail operations. Ideal Profile 2–5 years of experience in eyewear, luxury retail, fashion accessories, or premium consumer goods. Background in retail partnerships, B2B sales, or optical trade preferred. Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment. Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury retail. Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi preferred. Based in North India , open to frequent travel across key cities.
