As a Senior Maintenance Engineer at Jigani Unit, your primary responsibility will be to manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment. You will be required to troubleshoot issues, oversee spare parts management, focus on energy conservation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient plant operations. Your key duties will include maintaining and repairing various equipment such as Turret Punching machines, CNC Laser machines, Bending machines, Power Press machines, Welding equipment (TIG/MIG), Powder Coating Plants, and SPM machines. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing utilities like DG sets, Compressors, UPS systems, HVAC units, Cranes, Lifts, Gas Systems, Fire Hydrants, and Alarm Systems. To minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency, you will need to conduct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, while also focusing on compliance with safety regulations, environmental health and safety (EHS), and quality management systems (QMS). Implementing energy-saving initiatives, cost reduction measures, and continuous improvement projects (Kaizens) will be crucial aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will be expected to coordinate with various departments, work independently during shifts, and utilize tools such as SAP, maintenance software, and MS Office for reporting and scheduling purposes. Your skills in electrical, electronics, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting, along with PLC knowledge, spare parts management, and excellent analytical, documentation, and communication abilities will be essential for success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent role located at our facility in Jigani Unit. If you possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, have at least 5-10 years of relevant experience, and hold a Supervisor License, we encourage you to apply for this challenging opportunity.,
