Maintenance Technician

Role Overview: As a skilled Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair, upkeep, and smooth operation of facilities at our casino. Your primary duties will include handling AC repairs, basic plumbing tasks, carpentry work, and general facility maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for staff and guests. Additionally, you will be coordinating with external vendors for service requests as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks and facility management duties. - Inspect, diagnose, and repair air conditioning systems. - Address basic plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, or pipe repairs. - Carry out carpentry work, including minor repairs and installations. - Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues while maintaining safety standards. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. - Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues. - Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in good condition. - Keep logs and records of maintenance activities and service requests. Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass. - Mandatory ITI certification in Electrical. - 12 years of experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry. Please note that the company requires you to have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the Maintenance Field and ITI certification in Electrical.
