Job Description

Electrical Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspection, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, control panels, and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in machinery, switchboards, and power distribution systems. Ensure proper operation and upkeep of backup power systems such as UPS units and diesel generators (if applicable). Perform preventive maintenance on electrical panels, motors, cables, and other key components to reduce downtime. Basic Plumbing Responsibilities: Address minor plumbing issues, such as water leaks from taps, pipelines, or valves. Maintain and repair washroom fittings, ensuring proper functionality of water supply systems. Coordinate with external plumbers for major repairs beyond the scope of routine maintenance. Conduct basic preventive maintenance of plumbing systems to avoid disruptions.
