Description
1. Equipment Handling and Maintenance Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of machinery and equipment, including: Packing Machines : Form Fill Seal (FFS) Machine, Duplex Carton Machine, Sealing Machine Mixing & Blending Equipment : Ribbon Blenders, Vertical Mixers Grinding Machines : Pulveriser, Pin Mill Lifting Equipment : Electric Hoist, Forklift, Stacker, Hand Pallet Truck General Process Machinery : Conveyors, Pumps, Agitators, Rotary Valves, etc. 2. Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly and effectively to reduce machine downtime. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. 3. Equipment Setup & Adjustments Perform equipment changeovers, setups, and fine-tuning based on production demands and product specifications. 4. Technical Interpretation Read and interpret technical manuals, mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to execute maintenance tasks accurately. 5. Documentation & Safety Compliance Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records. Follow all food safety standards and industrial safety protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. 6. Team Collaboration Coordinate closely with production and maintenance teams to drive equipment upgrades, process improvements, and downtime reduction initiatives. 7. Inventory & Spare Parts Management Assist in managing and monitoring spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are available and reorder levels are maintained. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in the food manufacturing or processing industry Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs is an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
