Job Summary:
Colorplast is hiring an experienced Maintenance Engineer/Technician to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of printing machines (Heidelberg CD102, CD74, Feeder, etc.) and air-conditioning systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to minimize downtime by ensuring smooth machine and utility operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of printing machinery (Heidelberg CD102, CD74, Feeder, etc.).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Maintain and repair AC systems used in production areas.
• Ensure timely availability and smooth functioning of all equipment.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure minimal downtime.
• Follow all safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in maintenance of printing machinery, preferably in the printing & packaging industry.
• Knowledge of AC system repair & maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
