Job Description

Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in maintenance, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities and equipment through regular maintenance and repair tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and develop effective solutions.
Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and issues.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
Train and guide junior maintenance staff as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
Proficient in electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with maintenance management software.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
