Maintenance Support Technician (MST)

Role Overview: You are a skilled Maintenance Support Technician (MST) joining the on-site facilities team of Abode in Jaipur. This full-time role requires you to be stationed near the property 24x7 and will involve hands-on maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, painting touch-ups, patchwork, and upkeep of utility assets. Accommodation will be provided by the company for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance tasks related to plumbing such as pipe fittings, leakage repairs, and washroom maintenance - Handle electrical work including wiring, light fittings, and circuit troubleshooting - Limited painting responsibilities for touch-ups only - Conduct wall repairs as part of patchwork tasks - Inspect and service utility assets like HVAC, generators, and pumps - Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment - Troubleshoot issues promptly to reduce downtime - Coordinate with vendors/specialists when necessary - Maintain a log of work done and report to the maintenance supervisor - Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Qualifications Required: - ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field - Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in facility maintenance roles - Strong understanding of utility systems and general repairs - Ability to work with basic tools and maintenance equipment - Team player with good problem-solving and communication skills - Must be available on-site 24x7 (Note: Accommodation will be provided by the company) Additional Details: The company, Abode, is looking for a Maintenance Support Technician (MST) to fill this on-site role in Jaipur.
