Maintenance Support Technician (MST)

As a Maintenance Support Technician (MST) at Abode in Jaipur, you will be an integral part of the Facilities/Maintenance department with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide on-site maintenance support, stationed near the property full-time in a 24x7 role. Accommodation will be provided by the company for your convenience. Your key responsibilities will include performing hands-on maintenance tasks such as plumbing (including pipe fittings, leakage repairs, and washroom maintenance), electrical work (wiring, light fittings, circuit troubleshooting), limited painting touch-ups, patchwork for wall repairs, and maintenance of utility assets like HVAC systems, generators, and pumps. You will be expected to conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors/specialists as needed, maintain a detailed work log, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. To excel in this role, you must hold an ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a relevant field, coupled with a strong understanding of utility systems and general repairs. Your ability to work with basic tools and maintenance equipment, along with your problem-solving skills and effective communication, will be crucial.
