Maintenance Supervisor

• To review tickets and Complaint logs through Ticket management and Phone calls regarding maintenance work requests.
• To organize work from assigned contractors to upkeep repair and maintenance activities for plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, mason work, mechanical and aluminum work.
• To supervise the regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
• To maintain equipment maintenance logs and ensures compliance with documentation standards.
• To complete assigned work within turnaround time. To escalate unresolved issues to respective stakeholders and Manager.
• To supervise functioning and maintenance of various maintenance equipment and devices used within the hospital.
• To raise indent for procurement of maintenance activity materials.
• Responsible for material safety and stock documentation as per standards.
• To supervise hospital facilities patient rooms, operating theaters, laboratories, and common areas and maintain documents regarding the functioning of facilities.
• Supervise facility cleanliness, emergency lighting and accessibility for people with disabilities for safe walkaways for patients, staff, and visitors.
• To monitor renovations, remodeling, or expansion projects within the hospital.
• To coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and escalate to reporting supervisor to take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
• Involve in emergency response efforts. To assist in securing the building, coordinating evacuation plans, and restoring essential services as quickly as possible

Job Specifications

• Must be Graduate /Post Graduate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• 0-2 yrs of Work Experience in relevant field preferrably in Multispeciality Hospital will be preferred
• Willing to work in Shifts
• Knowledge about PPM , Material Safety and Stock Documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
