Roles and Responsibilities 1. Manage maintenance activities, including breakdown analysis, equipment maintenance, machine maintenance, predictive maintenance, and preventative measures. 2. Prepare accurate and timely maintenance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations. 4. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize plant efficiency. 5. Develop strategies to reduce costs associated with maintenance expenses. Desired Candidate Profile 1. 7-12 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry. 2. Strong knowledge of breakdown analysis, equipment maintenance, machine maintenance, predictive maintenance, and preventative measures. 3. Ability to prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities using relevant software tools (e.g., Excel). 4. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with production teams and other stakeholders.
