The main purpose of this role is to ensure maximization of Electrical Assets Availability, Reliability, and Integrity by effectively implementing business processes and procedures through proactive maintenance programs. The goal is to minimize outages with appropriate risk mitigation and troubleshooting, continually improve Asset Management Strategies, optimize Maintenance Programs, and develop Electrical Subject Matter Experts. This includes providing guidance for troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing of electrical equipment and protection systems, planning and organizing activities within the electrical department, leading reliability improvement initiatives, reviewing maintenance planning, participating in RCA processes, and coordinating vendor activities.
