As a Maintenance Program Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Your goal will be to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of the systems. You will need to plan and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective tasks, in alignment with operational requirements and regulatory standards. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize maintenance activities based on criticality and their impact on production. You will also coordinate with third-party contractors and external service providers to supplement in-house maintenance capabilities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and budgetary requirements. Timely completion of work will be essential. Regular inspections of equipment and facilities will be part of your routine to identify maintenance needs and address potential issues proactively. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and spare parts inventory. Providing technical guidance and support to maintenance staff and contractors to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure effective resolution will be crucial. Collaboration with other departments, such as operations, engineering, and procurement, will also be required to support cross-functional initiatives and optimize maintenance processes. Strategically allocate resources by leveraging the right expertise and capabilities across teams to effectively achieve project priorities. Evaluate internal processes and systems to ensure operational effectiveness, collaborating with training, quality, and product innovation teams to drive continuous improvement. Foster seamless collaboration with Engineering Services VP, Tech Managers, Reporting Team Leads, and Finance/Sales/CSM to align client priorities with business objectives and deliverables. Team Development & Talent Management: Develop and mentor a high-performing team through continuous learning and professional growth opportunities. Foster collaboration and open communication through regular team engagements, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency Set clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability measures to drive continuous improvement. Lead recruitment and talent development strategies to align with company growth and ensure the right expertise within the team. Implement structured feedback processes, including performance reviews and goal setting, to enhance employee experience and productivity. Address performance challenges through coaching and corrective actions to maintain a high-performance culture. Project Delivery & Revenue Management: Ensure successful delivery of all contracted projects in alignment with forecasted revenue targets. Oversee resource allocation and optimize team efficiency to maximize billable hours and project profitability. Management Reporting: Prepare and publish a monthly project report to the Engineering Services VP, highlighting key milestones, status updates, accomplishments, risks, and issues. Ensure the accuracy of the project resource demand plan in alignment with revenue targets and business objectives. VP, Technical Managers, Team/Project Leads External Clients Product Support & Innovation Team Commercial, IT, HR, Finance & Operation Team (Only if necessary) We would be happy if you had: Industry Experience : 8+ years of experience in aviation technical records and asset management, including 3+ years in a managerial role. Expertise in aircraft asset lifecycle management, covering lease agreements, redelivery processes, audits, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. Strong experience in customer interactions, negotiations, and stakeholder management. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. (preferable) Technical & Project Expertise: Expertise in aircraft technical records, maintenance programs, airworthiness compliance, and transitions.
