As a Maintenance Program Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. Strong experience in customer interactions, negotiations, and stakeholder management. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. (preferable) Technical & Project Expertise: Expertise in aircraft technical records, maintenance programs, airworthiness compliance, and transitions.
