This role involves designing, configuring, and deploying robust SAP Plant Maintenance solutions that align with client business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Participate in 1-2 full lifecycle SAP PM implementations, from blueprinting to go-live and post-go-live support. Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PM solutions, focusing on configuration. Configure SAP PM master data (Functional Locations, Equipment, BOMs) and maintenance processes (Notifications, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance strategies, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Scheduling). Develop functional specifications for custom developments (WRICEF) and collaborate with technical teams. Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide support for SAP PM integration with other modules like MM, PP, and QM. Prepare documentation and conduct key user training sessions. Contribute to data migration activities using tools like LSMW/LTMC. Resolve client issues related to the EAM module and support business communications. Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 4-6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP PM Functional Consultant, with a minimum of 1-2 end-to-end SAP PM implementation projects. Proven expertise in SAP PM module configuration and understanding of Plant Maintenance business processes (Preventive, Corrective, Refurbishment, Calibration). Strong knowledge of SAP PM master data, Maintenance Notifications, and Maintenance Orders. Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 Ehp7/Ehp8 and/or SAP S/4HANA. Demonstrated understanding of integration points between SAP PM and modules like MM, PP, and QM. Ability to create functional specifications and work effectively with ABAP teams. Experience in testing activities (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT). Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Solution Manager is a plus. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to business audiences. SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Asset Management certification is highly desirable
