Job Description: Maintenance Monitor

Position Overview:

The Maintenance Monitor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment, machinery, Buildings, Vehicles, and facilities. This role involves monitoring maintenance schedules, tracking repair work, reporting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Track and record maintenance requests, work orders, and equipment repair histories.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and other departments to prioritize and schedule repairs.
• Inspect Buildings, Vehicles, machinery and equipment performance, identify potential issues, and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Assist in developing and improving maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during maintenance activities.
• Report any urgent or critical maintenance problems to supervisors immediately.
• Utilize maintenance management software to track and analyze maintenance data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
