Maintenance Manager -Utility

KeyResponsibilities:

- To prepare Maintenance budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, or other assets and resources asneeded from time to time
- To keep equipment in good conditions to produce quality output. - EnsureLinesetupforproductionasperrequirement. - Ensurequalityofproductasperrequiredspecification - To prepare major overhaul plans, shutdown Maintenance plans & implement. - Reviewofrootcauseanalysis&actionplans - Prepare preventive & predictive Maint. schedules &implement. - To do kaizens for B/D time reduction. cost reduction, improve quality & safety. - Topreparecriticalspareslist,minmaxlevels,annualspares calendar. - Tocoordinatewithpurchasedepartmentforavailabilityof spares in time. - TocoordinatewithHRfortrainingneeds&schedules. - Onjobtrainingforthesupervisors&operatorsforvarious utilities

- To prepare gauges & meters calibration schedules & maintain as per frequency.
- UtilityequipmentsAMCrenewals&monitoring - 5Sadoptedequivalentsystem. - Tomonitorvariousprocessstandardsondaily&weeklybasis. - Todrivesafety(attainzerofatalityandzeroaccident), environmental compliance in the organization. - Analysis power consumptionforvariousutility&production

People management and development:
- Controlofteamabsenteeismandachievepunctuality - To lead the team to achieve harmonious inter department coordination and ensure team members grievances and handled effectively and expeditiously - Ensure overall employee morale is high and a culture of reward and recognition exists - Manage the performance of subordinates and ensure aculture of continuous feedback
