Maintenance Helper

Role Overview: As a team member at Courtyard Ranchi, your main responsibility will be to fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucets. You will also be required to perform miscellaneous minor repairs like tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Additionally, you will need to perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. It is important to follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, and complete safety training and certifications. You should maintain a clean and professional appearance, welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, and assist individuals with disabilities. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards, and performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors are also part of your responsibilities.
