As a Business System Analyst at Motorola Solutions, you will compile and analyze technical business system requirements for new system projects or modifications to existing business systems. You will perform feasibility and needs analysis, utilizing best-in-class benchmarking and exploring alternative solutions. Serving as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures, you will develop high-level implementation plans. The Oracle EBS/Cloud Applications Finance Business System Analyst will work in our Enterprise Core Technology group supporting the Finance Organization. In this role, you will play a key part in understanding business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional IT and business teams, and leveraging your EBS expertise and industry knowledge to deliver robust, configurable, and futuristic solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Playing a lead role in Finance IT transformation programs to represent the Finance organization's interests - Understanding business requirements and translating them into functional requirements - Collaborating with internal and external IT teams to adopt best practices and simplify user experiences - Debugging the system for specific behaviors and providing explanations to users - Performing fit/gap analysis to evaluate each functional area in a business process to achieve specific goals - Aligning business processes with standardized processes within Oracle EBS/Cloud to reduce customizations - Providing management summaries in business terms for issues, root causes, and next steps - Working in a fast-paced, Agile environment on multiple projects simultaneously - Researching and implementing new technologies to streamline business processes and interactions for users If you are passionate about making a difference and contributing to a safer world, we welcome you to join our team.
