Maintenance - Freshers

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong understanding of basic engineering principles and equipment schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new machines and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
