Maintenance Executive

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and smooth functioning of all facility equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. The role ensures safety, efficiency, and minimal downtime of assets through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.

• Monitor and maintain DG sets, air compressors, chillers, UPS, lifts, fire alarms, and fire-fighting systems.

• Ensure timely servicing of AC units, lighting systems, water pumps, and RO/filtration systems.

• Coordinate with AMC vendors, contractors, and service providers for repair and servicing.

• Maintain daily maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment history records.

• Ensure safety compliance, fire safety readiness, and emergency response preparedness.

• Supervise housekeeping, pest control, and general facility upkeep activities.

• Support new installations, modifications, and office setup activities.

• Monitor water, electricity, and diesel consumption.

• Identify issues proactively and suggest cost-saving and energy-efficient solutions.

• Ensure adherence to statutory norms related to ESI, PF, fire NOC, electrical safety, etc.

• Attend emergency calls beyond regular working hours when required.

• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and utility equipment.

• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze faults quickly.

Experience:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in facility or industrial maintenance
